He's just pushing for more money, in the end we will see him with Inter.
He already had something agreed in principle with Triesman to remove the clause in his contract after the World Cup, Triesman has resigned so it's just a matter of speaking to the new head of the FA to sort it out. I think Capello wants to stay with England.

I think so, although his controversy often gives a bad image and poor relations for the club he is at. Something I know some Real Madrid fans are concerned by, as they had tried to restore relations that had been ruined by the directors in recent years, but then they obviously thought 'f**k it, we just want to win now'. I suppose we have got to that point too, after Calciopoli.

Fabio Simplicio signs for Roma Tuesday 1 June, 2010

Fabio Simplicio has officially signed for Roma after his contract with Palermo expired.

The Brazilian midfielder was already rumoured to have a deal with the Giallorossi six months ago.

He opted not to renew the contract that expires this month, so was a free agent and has finalised his transfer this evening.

Roma released a statement confirming that Fabio Simplicio has signed a three-year contract worth €1.1m per season.

The San Paolo product turns 31 in September and first came to Italy with Parma in 2004, moving to Palermo in 2006

You think he can take the place of either De Rossi or Pizzaro in the beloved Ranieri 4-4-2?

He won't. But Simplicio plays as CM and as a trequartista (actually, the latter is his favorite role). He will be a nice back up for the CMs and gives more tactical options to Ranieri.
It was a solid signing. Gives both depth and quality.

So he's a bench warmer for the two. That's what I thought.
