Reb just one question & i know im jumping the gun here but lets just say that the Palestinian people get whats theirs.How will land redistribution work?Are there records stating what belongs to whom?

If this scenario were to materialise im pretty sure there would be fights due to land grabs,people claiming land that doesn't belong to them.

I know that in ex-commie countries there were similar problems. With the nationalization most of the land was in state's property and with the denationalization in the 1990's and 2000's, even with all the records, there were way too many problems.
The Palestinians will certainly have the same, and even bigger, problems if they get their pre-1948 lands.

Israeli president implied today that PFLP is behind the rockets from Lebanon and he said that "Israel won't react now but it keeps its right of reaction later". That is so identical with the scenario which was said secretly before Gaza attack by some Israeli newspapers. That scenario says that Israel after destroying Hamas in Gaza will destroy the last bases for Palestinians in Lebanon (PFLP Organization) because they are accused of facilitating sending weapons from Syria and Iran to Gaza. It is so clear that Israel wanted some excuse to do so, and these fake rockets are the excuse.

People still carry their documents that prove their owning to the lands and houses and even some of them inherited the keys of their houses from their grandfathers, and still keep them until now (You can find the key on the wall in some houses of Palestinian refugees until now) although their villages were wiped out of the map and there is no more houses at all for the majority of them as settlements were built on their lands.

Anyway, don't worry about this case. I'll make sure to distribute them by my hand.

Many refugees won't come back by the way as they, for example, have a great society in Chile (More than 0.5 million Palestinians). The president and prime minister in Belize are Palestinians. My point is that even some refugees will go back, but some of them won't go back and that will make space, I guess.

Out of curiousity,which country has the largets amount of Palestinian refugees & how is their relationship with the hosts?

See as you say some wont come back & with that in mind it leaves holes for some unscrupulous individuals to take advantage.

let me make it in another way for you. My grandfather's father died in the West Bank leaving around 100 hectares behind him in 1960. Now, this man's sons and grandsons are more than 100 people, so if you want to think of it from an absolute angle, you will see that even inside the same family, people will kill each other for lands, but once again the shares of each one now is so small as Palestinians are known all over the world to breed very much. Some people justify that by saying we are targeted and we have to fight demographically

What I wanted to say is that people who had lands there will be so many people that their original land is not enough for them to fight over so they will have to resume their life from the beginning.

Jordan have the highest number of Palestinians as they are more than 3 millions here. But the situation of these Palestinians is not the same for all of them as around half of them has Jordanian nationality: I think most of those may prefer to stay here, and the Palestinians in camps who have no identity documents: those have no choice but going back to their land hoping to regain their dignity and happy life.

Palestinians in Lebanon live the worst life conditions as they are forbidden from working in more than 70 jobs and they are not allowed to build there. They are around 350000, I guess. These refugees should come back, I think, as they can't stay in Lebanon for ever because Lebanon has a special condition dividing the people to some sects and religions, and keeping Palestinians there will make a problem to the demographic mix as it will be a big surge for the Muslim Sunni percentage in the Lebanese society. The nice thing is that the Palestinians in Lebanon are mostly from the lands which were occupied in 1948 and became Israel later. The only rumoured solution was once that those have to be returned to Palestine, but not to their lands, but rather to the lands occupied in 1967, and here will happens so much problems, I guess.

Simply, the case is so complicated, and it keeps being complicated more and more as time goes on.

The French envoy was so angry with that reaction of the Arabs and couldn't refuse it after Rice came and persuaded Arabs to stay and calm down. The French idiot seems to try making some revenge by not coming on time.

Not suprised with France behaviour, or reluctance, them behaving like jerks is bit much though, even if it snt suprising. France, The US and UK are the big trio that were against this treaty and supporting Israel..

I guess US are thinking they can go along with this because they have had enough killing ground for Israel to "prove" their point, so now they can begin the meaningless diplomatic phase. Well, hearing Rice saying that they have to support Abbas is just an indication that Hamas will be ignored in implementing this decision, and that means that Hamas is not committed to this decision. Abbas lost the last legacy yesterday between the Palestinians as he is no more legal president but USA still insist he is the legal leader and Hamas should not be dealt with.
