What I find remarkable is that human life is worth so little to some in this thread. They rate principles much higher. Rab for example seems willing to sacrifice a lot of human lives to get what he wants. It's not just that he would be okay with a genocide, but he'll also send thousands of his own people into certain death.
I'll repeat this for the last time because I see that you and Hoori are turning me into a criminal thug.

I am willing to sacrifice a lot of human lives to protect myself and to protect my people which is very normal. If defending yourself and your dignity and your family is such an unacceptable thing and such a crime then I better die and not live this fucked up life but rather to see someone occupying my home.

I would be more than okay with genocide if that means defending my homeland. I wouldn't mind to see us committing genocides but not to see Lebanon into another Palestine-Israel dilemma.

You and Hoori can both call me Nationalistic or whatever but don't try to make it look like I'm the aggressor here. That's the most important part of all this discussion, they're the aggressor and I'm the victim here. We can both react but still I'm the victim and they're the aggressors. Just like what is going on in Palestine.

I'm very sure if someone comes into Hoori's house right now and by force wants to rape her or rape her sister she would fight back. If someone would try to kill her brother she would try to protect her brother even if it meant killing this person, will she look like a criminal there because she tried to protect her dignity and her siblings? It's fucking same thing, I would kill and do hundreds of genocides if needed to prevent the Israeli's coming to my land and make me live a poverty low life.

Now read this post again and tell me where am I wrong and why.

How much do you know Turkish? I mean can you speak and write in Turkish? I merely know some words. I want to learn more advanced levels of their language, but here they don't have advanced cources:disagree:
I'm pretty bad considering the time I spent there. The problem is that I was never there for a longer period of time so even if you sum it all up you'll get maybe even a year spent there, it's actually 1 week x 40-50 times.
I can't speak, apart from basic words and sentences, but I'm much better in reading and understanding. Since as time goes by I have much less need to travel to Istanbul, I fear that I will never learn the language.

But the protesters in Iran thought that they can change something. What could that girl possibly change? Was she gonna lie down there for the rest of her life? She was gonna stand up sooner or later and the house would have been smashed down anyway.
so would the protesters, and the current result is the best indication of the futility of their actions

You would imagine that, I would, everyone would and that girl would too. What was the point of standing there in front of the bulldozer? Did she really think that the bulldozer driver would change his mind of demolishing the house? Hell no. It had a message: Don't destroy this house OR kill me if you want to do so and this is what I call stupid.

    Says who?

They never warned people of shooting them, they never did that. It's stipulated in Islamic Republic of Iran's Constitutional Law that people are allowed to protest as long as they don't disrespect Islam and the Islamic leader. No one made a warning to prevent people of protesting. I don't know from where you've heard the bullshit Deneb.

when you re marching you're also blocking traffic, it doesnt mean the cars could just crash into you. It was a peaceful demonstration the last thing you imagine to happen in a "civilized" country is to die by peacefully protesting. At any rate like i said it all comes down to emotional involvement to a certain issue.

    Breaking news:

The 'Rachel Corrie', the Irish ship planning to break Israel's blockade on Gaza was reported, early on Saturday, to be sailing along the North African coast and has recently passed Alexandria in Egypt.

According to the report on Israel Radio, the ship is planning to reach Gaza at 7 AM when it will be visible from the coast, so that any boarding can be filmed.

    -----------------------------

That means it will reach after less than three hours IF it is not attacked.

AlMustaqbal, a Lebanese newspaper just posted this:

Erdogan thinks of going to Gaza by himself this time.
The Turkish ambassador in Washington specified two conditions that should be implemented in order not to break ties with Israel:

    1- Apology for what happened.
    2- An independent investigation committee.
