and they have one more "dolce gabana" - rio ferdinand. one of italian defenders of the past said about him: he can't be a good defender, because when he plays, he thinks too much about how is he looking..

that just doesnt sound right but i probably agree.

though how is it possible, beckham and underrated??
I know.

But I've thought about it several times lately and it's the only conclusion I see fit.

Last time I checked the games not all about freekicks and corners. This isn't American football, you can't sub in a special teams player everytime you have one of those situations, and unless you can play 90 mins of football, which means if you can't do anything other just than corners and freekicks, you're not worth shit. So underrated my ass.

He is still a brilliant player. One of the best wingers out there. But yeah, he joined Real Madrid...

Anyway, you can question his footballistic choices, but he's a brilliant businessman for sure.

Even people in HK are influenced by him

Underrated. :howler:
When the subject is an English player, the English national team, any English club or the EPL you are completely unable to cast aside your own personal feelings. You're not impressing me by "looking right through his image" you know. Stop trying to be so alternative. It's rather pathetic and you're only kidding yourself.

Infact, the whole world thinks david beckham is shit. He is ergo incredibly underated, and easily an extremely influential player. Easily one of the best wingers out there, still

Saying David Beckham is underrated is nothing more than a worthless ploy to make his fans feel better about themselves.
:wth: That doesn't even make sense.

Anyway, reading back through this thread. How can Beckham still be considered overrated, when noone rates him anymore?
