The problem is that people think government intervention in everything is going to help everything. But government intervention is synonymous with corporate fascism, therefore, the current government is a corporate fascist state.

This means that anybody in the US who demands the government to take control of everything is either an idiot or a fascist.

The government sets the base for the corruption to continue, the government creates the police state in the airports and streets, the government allows the borders to be wide open space. Corporations do not have the power to do anything unless the government allows it. Ipso facto, the government is the trojan horse and are at fault for our predicament.

I've come to the point where I could possibly think anarchy is a better solution than this. At least we would have savings from the tax reduction.

nah lincoln was the first "bush", suspending constitutional rights and starting unconstitutional wars all in the name of noble principles, it also signaled the shift in power from the old money southern states to the new industrial northeast.

And FYI jefferson is the one who really set the tone with the trampling of the constitution with his louisiana purchase.

I agree in regards Lincoln, good point. But Jefferson was totally anti-banker and warned against the Fed 100 years before it arrived. He was certainly a classical liberal.

I know that but him declaring himself Caliph is ridiculous.

There will be an election for presidency of Turkiye. First time in the history, President will be directly elected by people. Insha'Allah it is gonna be Erdogan, only person who is holding such political influence and Islamic ideas in the region. That's him, i and most of the Muslims would call Caliph.

To be honest I think that the USA is just too big to govern well. Decentralization is needed.
