    James Blake pulled off the shock win I expected but I only won on the modest handicap bet. Will update all of the results at the end of the tennis today.

    Adding another:
    Chela v VERDASCO: 20.00 @ 2.00 (Stan James)

    Don't see why Chela is favourite in this match as at worst it is 50/50 which makes Verdasco a fair price.

    Bet Results(Won/Lost/Push/Pending): 34/30/3/5
    Starting Bank: 200.00
    Current Bank: 254.75
    Pending: 90.00

    Bet365: 40.69

    Yeah it's only right since I bombard you guys with the mathematics over these type of bets that I also add them to mine.

    So that's 12 events where in each there are 2 possible outcomes meaning:
    Total permutations = 2^12 = 4096 Permutations
    Winning probability = 1/4096 = 0.0244%

    Saying that the first three have all won meaning 25% have been completed :p - let's see at the end of the day if the bet is still alive - then it can get interesting :D.

    Monday's results:
    Moya v BLAKE(+3.5 Games): 20.00 @ 1.80 => 36.00 (Gamebookers)
    Chela v VERDASCO: 20.00 @ 2.00 => 40.00 (Stan James)

    Ferrer(1.30) x Ljubicic(1.30) x Safin(1.25): 20.00 @ 2.11 => 0.00 (Gamebookers)

    Safin ruined a perfect day with a bad defeat. Still one bet pending for tomorrow will include in that in Tuesday's tennis a little later when all the prices are out.

    Maybe I'm just not as good as you then :D. It failed today as 6 out of 7 today won but Safin who was also on another bet lost :oops: which just about sums up everything about these types of bets - the risk is multiplied it's so hard to assess where it could fail and inevitably it occurs somewhere you never imagined.

    Here's the result to that bet:

    Nieminen(1.20) v Sanguinetti
    Ferrer(1.36) v Lopez
    Robredo(1.13) v Novak
    Ancic(1.29) v Waske
    Safin(1.25) v Saretta
    Mathieu(1.33) v Johansson
    Ljubicic(1.29) v Kohlschreiber

    Acasuso(1.25) v Greul
    Gaudio(1.25) v Martin
    Grosjean(1.40) v Ginerpi
    Gonzalez(1.08) v Tursunov
    Simon(1.44) v Rusedski

    I won't be surprised if the remaining 5 go on to win tomorrow now. :cry:

    No the only footballers allowed to post in this thread are those with the gambling intelligence of Wayne Rooney :p. Then again if someone has allegedly bet up to €2m on football matches than they must only be doing so for greed - in which case it is probably best to check the vCash front-runners here to pick up their trail :D.

    Correction:
    I posted these bets last night before all the odds were out as I wouldn't have time in the morning. But when I took them this morning I got better prices so correcting the accounting:

    WAWRINKA v Seppi: 20.00 @ 1.84 => 0.00 (VCBet)
    Monfils v MURRAY: 20.00 @ 3.00 => 60.00 (Gamebookers)
    Malisse(1.65) x Grosjean(1.45): 20.00 @ 1.45 => 29.00 (VCBet)

    ----------------------------------------------------------------
    Bet Results(Won/Lost/Push/Pending): 38/33/3/0
    Starting Bank: 200.00
    Current Bank: 379.75
    Profit: 179.75
    Staked: 1353.09
    Yield: 13.28%

    Bet365: 40.69
    Gamebookers: 180.64
    Paddy Power: 54.60
    Stan James: 54.22
    VC Bet: 49.60

    Time to take some money out :agree:. Not quite the 200.00 profit but close enough especially as it's nearly a month since the start of the campaign.

    Withdrawing 200.00 (actually 0.25 shy of that to keep a nice figure of 180.00 still in-play) as that was the initial start-up capital meaning the amount in the bank is the current in-play profit which is displayed as the 'current bank'. There is another category: 'banked profit' which will be any future withdrawals.

    Redistributed the current bank around the 5 accounts:

    ----------------------------------------------------------------
    Bet Results(Won/Lost/Push/Pending): 38/33/3/0
    Current Bank: 180.00
    Banked Profit: 0.00

    Bet365: 40.00
    Gamebookers: 40.00
    Paddy Power: 20.00
    Stan James: 40.00
    VC Bet: 40.00

    I bet you thought I wouldn't even get close :p - but close means nothing. Only wins count and that is the difference. I'm glad I didn't win otherwise it would have only encouraged more members to bet in this 'crazy' way :D.

    Ok, two of those three tennis bets won so it's up to Acasuso to make it a perfect day for once. Update all the results later on.

    Adding another for the CL final:
    Too unpredictable to bother trying to call with logic. So a small but fun bet on the hope that the script has been read.

    Good day for you Intro :thumbs:

    now that Barcelona won the match in regular time, my "crazy bet" was predicted all right, and only Inter ruined it, and took the possibility of winning 400$ away. Fuck I hate Inter :mad:
