I gave my opinion about him, I see him winning, but hey, this is snooker, last year Maguire won over O'Sullivan and no one ever thought about it.

    Tennis:
    Calleri(1.10) x Mirnyi(1.67): 20.00 @ 1.84 => 0.00 (Paddy Power)
    Berdych(1.30) x Volandri(1.20) x Almagro(1.45): 20.00 @ 2.26 => 45.20 (Gamebookers)

    Karlovic served too well so that first bet lost again over at Paddy Power. That account seems 'cursed' - shall I even bother topping it up next time? :p Nothing huge gained on the tennis after an even day.

    So adding another bet to give the day an edge:

    Football:
    Villarreal v Arsenal:- No Goal (Either team to not score): 20.00 @ 1.72 (Bet365)

    I like this bet a lot. Arsenal's clean sheet record is for all to see. I'm not certain of Arsenal scoring as they've managed 0-0's in the last two ties when having a lead. Also Villarreal will look to not concede and try and win the game as efficiently as possible like against Inter. I can definitely see one side if not both not scoring and that is the condition of this bet an attractive price.

    Update:
    Marco Fu leads Ken Doherty 5-3 after 1st session. Looking good Jeeks - eh?:D. The first two frames were horrific from Fu as he looked nervous and Doherty with his defence play as you said outfoxed him. It looked a likely massacre and then Fu rather fortunately I think took the next 4 frames.

    Bet Results(Won/Lost/Push/Pending): 14/10/2/2
    Starting Bank: 200.00

    Pending: 30.00

    Bet365: 50.00
    Gamebookers: 60.60
    Paddy Power: 20.00
    Stan James: 52.40
    VC Bet: 70.60

    Good stuff from Fu, check out the Williams - O'Sullivan, it seem Ronnie got bored so early and I am sure Williams have more patience in the encounter.

    Snoop: good luck with those bets and I hope I haven't sparked a bad impulse that will result in money lost :cry:. On those bets you seem to have put a lot of eggs in a single basket. The upside is if those 'strong feelings' are correct then you will be very rich tonight - but there is always the alternative. Also not sure where you are based but I've read bad endorsements of betandwin - they don't like winning punters and can be considered not a safe place to bet.

    Yes, my coupon has the potential of bringing me back 150 €
    Good luck mate - although €150 return from only two matches sounds likely either a big investement or a real 'outsider' play in which I case I am happy you believe in Milan so much. :D

    Good luck guys.

    I was thinking when to fade Ronnie. Last year Ebdon 'bored' him as you say. Williams was over-priced before the encounter but with the easier section of the draw I though Ronnie would be fired up. I'm less inclined to jump in-play on Williams now as I could have got him earlier for more and Ronnie is already staging a comeback.

    I'm thinking about Murphy who is 0-4 with Ebdon once again. Way out to 3.75 now and I think Murphy has the talent to beat him still. Won't take any of these in this thread as the real-time aspect is hard to document.

    Another thing about Ronnie is his talent, even if someone is getting him bored, he might just go medieval on the opponent and win spectacularly. Ebdon's slowness never attracts me to place money on.

    As for my bet, I played on three events, Milan going through, under 2.5 in the Villarreal - Arsenal and a draw in the Villarreal - Arsenal. I played a doubles in a multiple coupon, I placed 40 € and the only way I am getting the 150€ is by all three outcomes working out. I can win around a 100€ if 2 of them succeed.

    Yeah but Mark Williams isn't anything like Ebdon - much more talent in my opinion. I really hope just for a spectacle Ebdon doesn't get the better of Murphy.

    Nice type of bet and I can see you are no rookie. I like playing 3 events all over odds of 2.00 as 3 doubles and a treble refered to as a 'trixie'. Can be a good way of hitting the 'jackpot' with some insurance. Did that bet include in any leg the Villarreal draw and under 2.5 goals? Where did you place that bet? Normally a multiple on on legs which aren't independent aren't allowed.
