I've only been to Paris in France, but it's quite an amazing city. I'd love to live there for a couple of years sometime, think I could get quite used to it!

Plus Cheesio will feel at home there with the large contingent of Maghreb people

Also, I ate one of the best couscous ever in a restaurant in Paris, I've never had good Couscous at restaurants other than that one time at Paris, you probably know very well that we Maghreb people love our Couscous

I wish I would have learned Spanish back in the days. Nowadays I just speak Finnish and English pretty fluently. I can understand Dutch for a bit but can't speak it at all since never got to use it really, Swedish I never learned (useless language in my point of view). And I fuckin dated a girl who was "Swedish".

And my point was that I'm just too old and tired to trying learn a new language anymore.

I've never had a problems in other capitals either. But the few parisians I know (only three tbh) are incredible cunts. And I say that with love, because Paris, regardless of its problems, is truly a beautiful city.

Nope. We have here like 5% of people who use it as their main language. We all are forced to learn it at school but like 10% actually learn it. My gf is OK in it, one of my best friends lived in Sweden for a while and speaks it fluently, two other friends are OK with it, other 100 friends can't understand a word.

So it ain't really true about us people talking Swedish.

Actually the only people that always used to annoy me were the Polish. With their "politeness" meaning phrases of politeness all the while being stone faced and cold.

I've always felt like people in the Benelux were cold compared to places like Italy or the USA. But my brother (who is fluent in Russian and Czech and spent a lot of time in Eastern Europe) tells me that a lot of people in Eastern Europe will flat out refuse to help if you ask for directions and stuff.

I think these judgments are highly subjective. It depends on what you expect.

I've heard some people say they found Norwegians really warm (yes, really). But it's really just a form of politeness since once you try to get to know them more many tend to withdraw again.
