That's a pretty bad list.

For me, it would be Japan, Spain, France, Bora Bora, etc
Spain and France are the worse destination to migrate too, They are racists especially the spanish and it's hard to get jobs for foreigners and now it's almost impossible in France.
PS: I'm talking from immigration from a 3rd world country to one of those country.

 thats how I felt there. China really isn't representative of its government.
Excatly.

And there are many other advantages as well. Like working and having a carrer in china and making tons of money is easy as hell if

1. You are beautiful/Handsome
2. You learn chinese fast

Those are the only two things u need.

This is illegal immigration?

Anyway I think immigration is a very big step and it's the road that is harder to take. But can be rewarding.

Great.

I actually heard they're pretty xenophobic over there. Not true?
I don't know, could be. I think if you're a white Westerner, you're an exception. Someone feel free to correct me.

Even then, I'm not certain the Spanish are accepting immigrants period.

There are pockets in asian countries (japan, china, sigap, maly, vietnam, russia) who hates foreigners. Since hoori is not interested in clubbing and boys it will not be a problem for her.

Try go to an English speaking country so you can get settled pretty quickly. I can imagine that being much easier than going to a country where you don't even know the language at all. I can imagine that the only way to settle in a non-english speaking country is by being raised there. I know a lot of educated people that immigrated at an older age and for the most part its pretty hard to build yourself a good life if you can't speak the language like the locals. Many of those people ended up leaving for England and US and ended up getting much better jobs and lives over there.

I would say it depends a lot on how eager you are to actually be part of the new culture. It's hard to integrate and it takes a lot of will. If you go to an English speaking country you have a big advantage, but even there you still have a big cultural gap to traverse.

I don't know if the reason I left was because I wanted to live in Europe, or if it was because I couldn't stand living in the States. A bit of both, I think. If I can help it then I would never live in the States again, I don't think, there is just nothing there that appeals to me. Living here is difficult enough, as there's a lot of US influence that drives me nuts.

I would go to England or France, the Netherlands or Germany.

I've considered immigrating on many occasions & with relatives in Australia, England & Portugal i'm spoilt for choice. But as you highlighted, if everyone that can make a difference to change the country leaves, what impact will that have on the future of the country? We have a major brain drain issue in this country, particularly with Australia, Canada, NZ, UK & USA. Although a lot of people do come back as it isn't all its cracked up to be. Middle to upper class South Africans enjoy a very high standard of living which certainly can't be achieved in certain developed countries.

The main reasons for people wanting to leaves ranges from crime to looking for better opportunities due to affirmative action which really hasn't helped this country at all. The recession has really hit us hard but we haven't felt it as had as european & north american countries, we still continue to live on money that isn't ours & spend like math morons. For me, the biggest determining factor is the government. They still haven't done much to curb crime, they still haven't focused on improving education especially for the uneducated black majority simply because the black majority wins votes & that gives them controlling power. There's rampant corruption in the government with reckless spending the norm, ministers living the life of luxury with several homes spread across the country, more than 20+ luxury at their disposal, holidays at posh destinations flying first class at the cost of the law abiding, tax paying citizen. Fuel has risen to an all time high, we are being taxed for every damn thing & with the introduction of a highway toll tax it's driving up the cost of living.

If i were to move abroad id have to consider how easy it easy to assimilate, is english the medium of instruction in that particular country, am i willing to learn another language? South Africa is a pretty cosmopolitan country & i've been exposed to a wide array of different cultures & nationalities, so i'm not afraid to socialize with people of different ethnicity. I have lofty ambitions business wise & there are a few select countries that give entrepreneurs like myself the freedom & assistance to grow & make a positive contribution to the economy.

My number two choices are Australia, i have many friends living there along with family. Australia is pretty much a more organized version of SA with less blacks.:p There certainly wouldn't be a culture clash for me at all, we love the same sports, we love the same activities along with being common wealth buddies. USA is another possible destination, again i have many, many friends spread across the country in but most of them in New York, LA & Miami. USA is an entrepreneurs wet dream, the limit really is the sky, you can make money on any damn thing plus people aren't as conservative as South Africans.

Immigration is a massive step. Here in South Australia I work for the government providing Employment support for skilled migrants. If you move here w=you will find well paid employment but you may struggle to find employment in your skilled area. If you can manage to get to Sydney or Melbourne then you but it's very difficult.

I have many clients from Iran. They love it in Australia as it offers them a better lifestyle (this is what they tell me)

Britain is a shithole,we spent centuries "colonising" the world and now, since the scaling down of the British empire we have founded a nation completely intolerant of any cultures, seen our society disintegrate, our moral values disappear and ...well...teh weather is fucking shit
Britain has a lot of negative points but overall cultural intolerance is not one of them.

They don't 'like' anyone as a whole. That is why you are 'gaijin'. They just tolerate white people more than blacks and others. Individually of course you meet many people who are in no way xenophobic. The open door to Western culture is one reason.
