I wouldn't say that he wasn't good today, sure he wasn't having shots on goal and making runs into the box but he was playing a different role; far deeper than usual.

So many times when we needed to slow the tempo when Torino were starting to stretch us he got on the ball and calmed it down by either holding it up and making a pass to keep possession or drawing a foul to kill the tempo and keep the ball.

His experience really showed today!

the problem is that the team is not quite right mentally, we are not playing freely because of the pressure to get back to winning ways...all the players are naturally more cautious and trying hard not to make mistakes...even when we went 1-0 up and it was obvious Toro could not create an attack to save their lives, we still hung back and tried to defend the lead instead of trying to double the score...I am sure we will see the best of Ale and the rest of the group once their confidence is up

he's right though, Ale was not at his A-game today
Yeah, thats because he didn't score. But just look at what he gave and the way he played in the 2nd half... picking up fouls, killing the rhythm of the game, the only player able to pass correctly, defending like real madrid game. He did too many positive and good things today.

And did absolutely nothing when it came to attacking (beside one good pass to Marchionni). He did many positve things but none of those are his main responsibility. Do you want a defender good at attacking and can't defend effectively?

Thats because he didn't receive any services, neither did Amauri. Amauri didn't do much too [attack] managed to grab a goal.

What do you mean none of those are his main responsibility? You mean grabbing fouls from the opponents isn't his responsibility? or calming the game down? wasting time? what is his responsibilty? only to score goals.

As for your last question, stop being lame ffs.
