The first time I saw him play it was for only a few minutes and he had a poor game and was subbed off.

In that time I could tell it wasnt his day but their was something about him that made me want to watch not knowing who he was at the time, it was strange he had an aura around him.

I think this kid could be very special he has every tool and is one of the best passes I have seen for a very long time.

I dont beleive the rumors but I wish they were true. I would sign him before Lampard, Cigarini (Parma sorry for the spelling).

I also beleive he could be as good as VDV and Diego big call but as I said I think he is special (I could be wrong)!!!!

Throw in Olivera too ;)

BTW, if we sign Hamsik (which I hope) he will play LMF right?
Where will Giovinco play? Can they play at the same time?

I wouldn't give up on Nocerino just yet, unlike some folk.

He has, on the whole, done well this season.

I would only let him leave permanently if it was the only way to get Hamsik. I wouldn't have a major problem with loaning or co-owning him though.

i wouldnt mind a loan for him, as i said he still has a while to go before he can be a starter but there is potential there and this is like his first season in serie a so give him time.

Ranieri Confirms Hamsik Interest

Juventus boss Claudio Ranieri has admitted that the club is interested in signing Marek Hamsik, but says that it will be difficult to lure him away from Napoli.

Yesterday’s Italian papers reported that Hamsik was emerging as Juve’s main summer transfer target, and that they were prepared to offer cash, plus allow Marcelo Zalayeta and Manuele Blasi to sign on permanently with Napoli.

"The Slovak we like very much,” Ranieri revealed to Tele A.

“We had our men in the stands watching the squad of [Edy] Reja against Roma on Sunday.

“I can confirm the interest in Hamsik although it will be hard to wrestle him away from the Partenopei.”

Hamsik joined Napoli in the summer from Serie B side Brescia and has been a revelation this season.

He has been an ever-present at the heart of the Azzurri midfield, and has a return of six goals from 27 Serie A games.

Juventus were interested in signing the midfielder last summer, but sporting director Alessio Secco opted to buy Sergio Almiron and Tiago Mendes instead.

Hamsik has won seven caps for the Slovakia national team, scoring twice.
