My observation would be to stick to the main compound lifts first - after warming up obviously. So bench and deadlifts for example. And then do the isolating exercises like the triceps. Also I wouldn’t do the lying tricep extension. Stick to the rope tri pulldown.

Professional Trainers charge money to provide a training plan. It won't come free, nutrition, plan, rest time and etc all come together in a package in the workout plan. I prefer to make my own plan based on my physical shape and daily condition(rest, sleep).
I'd consider your tip in my plan and will revise it to prepare a plan that fits to my body.
