That’s a good workout plan,

My observation would be to stick to the main compound lifts first - after warming up obviously. So bench and deadlifts for example. And then do the isolating exercises like the triceps. Also I wouldn’t do the lying tricep extension. Stick to the rope tri pulldown.

I can write my workout later, there’s plenty of good plans on bodybuilding forums, that’s mostly where I got started
Thx mate,
Professional Trainers charge money to provide a training plan. It won't come free, nutrition, plan, rest time and etc all come together in a package in the workout plan. I prefer to make my own plan based on my physical shape and daily condition(rest, sleep).
I'd consider your tip in my plan and will revise it to prepare a plan that fits to my body.

According to medical science, there is no way to increase height after the age of 18, neither growth hormone nor surgery. But this method is both cost-free and risk-free.

Doing them won't be harmful/side effects and there is no risk of injury, it only takes 30 minutes. It might be works!
Sure, stretching is good anyway. But if the height thing works out, you can get rich being a height guru teaching men how to grow some inches.

Do some dead hangs while you're at. Good for shoulder health and decompressing the spine.

Agree,
Few years back, I got advised to buy Arginine and i took but didn't work. This was just disguised advertising, and really a dishonest way of advertising. But this is a free and healthy method without any scams.

Did you know that due to gravity you’re actually a bit shorter at the end of the day, and obviously a bit taller once you wake up.

I approve it, don't know if this has a scientific basis or is a popular belief, but I measured my height first thing in the morning and I can say that when I wake up, I am naturally about two to three centimeters taller. I regularly do stretching exercises on gym days and do these exercises individually at home on my days off. I know it may not have a definitive effect, but it definitely has an effect on my body's health. I feel more flexible.

@Siamak sorry just saw your message, I love coffee before the gym, only preworkout i take
I can say in moderation its phenomenal. I started drinking coffee before my workout and realized an immediate difference. I routinely included a double espresso in my pre-workout diet and felt a great effect. Scientifically caffeine actually constricts the blood vessels because it's a vasil constrictor, which give more energy and I see it useful before gym.

It’s true it has to do with your spine, those discs between your vertebrae and gravity.

You are right!
doing Stretch exercises won't inherently make the body taller. but it will make you stand up taller, which will then lead to you appearing taller because your body is in a more straight line vertically, as opposed to being curved slightly.

I incorporate stretching into my workout and do it for about 20 to 30 minutes each session. I usually used to doing cardio in my gym time, but I fed up with it cuz didn't notice any major effects. Maybe I didn't do the exercises as effective as I should have.

Yeah, good posture can make you appear a little taller.

I need to start stretching regularly, these aches and pains are starting to become a habit.

I've been feeling off but haven't really known why. After examining myself closely, I see that I now have a noticable-looking imbalance on the side of my body where I got surgery on my shoulder. 2 years later my pec and shoulder muscles look smaller on that side

I’m halfway through a book I’d never thought I’d read: a book from a fat queer women talking about body positivity. I probably won’t finish it, it’s enough for now.

In a way I feel compassion for her, because being fat since she was a kid has haunted her until she went full body positivity, but those people are also disingenuous. Many things she write just aren’t true, she speaks out against every social norm, thin privilege, no one should be allowed to judge, etc. Many sequences of one liners like ‘as a fat person people always try to scare you for diabetes or heart problems, but guess what thin people get sick too’.

It’s an alternative reality, basically how I see this now is that people like this are trying to form and phrase reality in such a way that it fits their unhealthy lifestyle. It isn’t her unhealthy lifestyle that’s wrong, it’s society for gaslighting her.

In my view it's a health crisis.
