I think bringing yourself the precipice of climax then drawing back. @IliveForJuve probably can tell us more
garmin is the shit. or suntoo, coros and facsimile. the battery life of regular smart watches is terrible, i wouldn't want a toy that needs to be charged every day
i bought a garmin venu sq 2 for my gf and an instinct 2 solar for myself. in smartphone mode those last a week (sq2) and 2 weeks (instinct) easily. sleep tracking is not 100% accurate, that's my only gripe. also the styling of the instinct isn't too refined, it's like a g-shock. so when i suit up, i of course pick up the nomos. a vivoactive 5 or venu 3 are more suited for most situations
also no gym for me. swimming, running, hiking and cycling activities are well tracked by the garmins though
check out desfit on youtube, little bald guy has comprehensive reviews on fitness & watches. i'd get either a garmin or the coros apex 2 if i had to get an activity tracker/smartwatch now

You should do shoulders and chest on the same day. That would be push day.
Example:
3 sets of bench press
3 sets of incline bench
2 sets of dips
3 sets of shoulder press
2 sets of shoulder raises
3 sets of tricep pull downs
I usually do some machine flys and machine presses as well. You can do cable flies or dumbbell flies depending on what you prefer.

One main thing I would say about safari. Don’t sign yourself up for too long a safari. Ours was 6 days (last day was mostly transit back to Arusha). By the end, we were feeling pretty stir crazy as we’d seen all the more elusive animals that we had wanted to see (leopards, serval cats, a couple snakes, leopard tortoise, crocs which were rare in the area we were in), and were pretty much ready to never see a zebra or wildebeest again 
Highlights were a Leopard lounging in a tree and then climbing down out of it, a group of Cheetah brothers playfighting, and Hippos roughhousing in the water. Giraffes are also super cool to see up close. And seeing a wildebeest calf being born and then spending 15 minutes figuring out how to walk was pretty neat. Lions were fun to see up close but they don’t do anything, just sleep mostly lol
We did a mix of mid-range and luxury accommodations. The tented safari camps can be absolutely stunning. Both setting and just how luxurious they are. I don’t know what kind of budget you would want to set, but there are some ridiculously luxurious lodges if that’s what you are looking for. More reasonable price, the more luxurious tented camps are super cool to stay in, the meals are delicious, and we heard lions right outside our camp in the night at both places we stayed. After dark they had escorts to take you from your tent to the restaurant or lounge tent.

A lot of these exercises are redundant and it seems excessive imo.
For example, you don't need three types of bench presses in one day. One of them will be sufficient. Same for dumbell/barbell curl. But in general it looks like your volume is very high (depends on how many sets you do for each of them), and you may face negative returns as a result.
About an hour and ten minutes, ten minutes for warm-up and preparation before the exercise.
To be honest, I often don't complete the workouts because my body strength doesn't allow it. I skip some elements of the workout plan. This is a default plan offered by an online website and AI tool. I'm not going to do all of them. I'd appreciate if you and others revise it and give me some advice. My height is 177 cm and 69 kg weight.

My observation would be to stick to the main compound lifts first - after warming up obviously. So bench and deadlifts for example. And then do the isolating exercises like the triceps. Also I wouldn’t do the lying tricep extension. Stick to the rope tri pulldown.
I can write my workout later, there’s plenty of good plans on bodybuilding forums, that’s mostly where I got started
