What's the downhill biking like in Wales?
Fucking mad man! The Brecon Beacons have some of the best bike parks in Europe. There has been a lot of investment from local government to help tourism and revitalisation of the area so the tracks are all well looked after and the scenery is phenomenal!

If you go to the top of Snowdon and bike down pretty hard you can be in Brecon in about half an hour.
25 mins on a good day!

Awesome. I raced downhill when I was a teen. We have some pretty amazing downhill and free ride biking in Canada, especially out here on the west coast. The North Shore in Vancouver had some of the pioneering free ride, trail-builiding stuff in the 90s, up on the mountain slopes above the city.

I changed my program this week to push, pull, legs, push, pull, instead of push, pull, push, pull, legs. My forearms feel so much better having a rest day mid week, brought curls back in today and got my biceps nice and pumped!

My forearms get really tight from doing easy barbell curls every now and then, is that normal?

Reached a personal goal yesterday I'm happy to say.

I just started back doing squats 2 months ago with the aim of being able to achieve 6reps, three sets at 85kg (my own weight) by Christmas time.

So with that milestone achieved I want to be squating 100kg in that time frame

I get this from one arm pull-up work. It seems to be some sort of brief muscle spasm that gets very tight and then goes away. As long as it goes away quickly, it's nothing to worry about, just stretch your wrists/forearms a little and shake them out.
