sounds great !

doing failure reps on bicep/tricep are also very good in my opinion. just dont go over 15 reps. Unless its dips, you can max those.

But next time, try starting with lying tricep extention. do 12-10-8-6 reps with it, then the dumbell and then the dips till failure

did 6 clean reps with 80 pound dumbbells on shoulder press, and I keep getting lighter :p I'm at 160 now, about 25 lbs lighter than my regular weight

i stopped doing free bar since my injury, but on the smith i can get it to around 250 lbs, but i always prefer smith for shoulders anyway
Last time I did with 60kg and it literally destroyed me. :D

Hm, 160 sounds so light for all that meat.
