Yeah, that's a good point. Staying motivated and keep going is really, really hard to do when you're beginning. Later on it becomes a routine, but getting there is hard. So good luck ;)

"i dont want to become to big"

Dont worry, you wont. it would require a tremendous dose of sacrifice, work, food and genetics to become "big".

no offense, but usually the smaller guys who dont have the genetics tend to say this. "getting big" is harder then an obese man becomming slim

"ugly big" and "nice big" is purely subjective and is a retarded statement in this context.

getting a high muscle% in the body is all that matters. just eating a pile of junk doesnt get you musclular. it requires efford and training.

"ugly big" is a statement made by beachboyz who are relatively weak, and usually refers to sporters with a higher fat% that are much stronger then the beachboy could ever be.

with the right product, getting a beachboy look, is relatively easy, just 12-15 set it. getting very strong is hard and requires good technique and dedicated training

You're saying a bunch of stuff everyone already knows, Zach.

Just accept an opinion and if you're happy with your body, then that's all that matters.
