I ran 8km with my barefoot shoes yesterday and today I don't feel any pain in my calves, it looks like I strengthened well and got the right technique going. Now to stack up the distance.
Yeah, that's a good point. Staying motivated and keep going is really, really hard to do when you're beginning. Later on it becomes a routine, but getting there is hard. So good luck
It's not really the same, ever since the beginning you didn't have goal to gain a lot of muscle but different things. Plus, you're a long distance runner.
"ugly big" and "nice big" is purely subjective and is a retarded statement in this context.
getting a high muscle% in the body is all that matters. just eating a pile of junk doesnt get you musclular. it requires efford and training.
"ugly big" is a statement made by beachboyz who are relatively weak, and usually refers to sporters with a higher fat% that are much stronger then the beachboy could ever be.
with the right product, getting a beachboy look, is relatively easy, just 12-15 set it. getting very strong is hard and requires good technique and dedicated training
