Flat bench press is gonna build you the most muscle while incline is great too. Don't focus on decline much at the beginning or else you'll get bitch tits. You're fine JFG, just give it some time  some people have weaker chest (bad genetics) but eventually they will look great.
listen to what this man has to say, decline is a waste of time imo, flat should be the meat and taters of your workout

it seems my new workout is getting me even more cut too bad i cant go hard on the chest yet, still happy with results

Thanks guys. I will most definitely heed Dule's advise, I see those pics in the Post your Picturski thread :klin:

Shoulders, arms, legs and back are coming along nicely. Definitely feel a difference in my strength already. Only problem is because im trying to bulk up, ive been avoiding doing a lot of cardio (usually 15 minutes every session). The beer belly is still a little on show unfortunately

Two questions, both of which will probably seem stupid to people who know what they're doing :p.
1. Is it actually possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time as opposed to "bulking" and "cutting" separately?
2. Would it be ill-advised to run on leg day? And if I can, should I do this at the beginning or the end of my workout?

people(mainly @Dule90) will tell you yes, but from my experience i dot buy into it unless you are taking steroids/HGH. And seeing as you are young i doubt you will put on too much fat in your bulking phase.
As for running on your leg day i would advise against doing so after the workout, if you can swim afterwards that would be ideal as it would reduce the soreness.

I'm just afraid that later I will either not be able to lose the fat or lose the fat in addition to the muscle, making the whole process a waste of time.
Would before be good then? I usually don't feel sore after leg day because the gym I go to absolutely sucks (it's free) and I already have some muscle there, as opposed to my absolutely pathetic arms.

Well imo you should work harder then because I think the legs are meant to be fealt a little in the next day, especially in the beginning. In my experience it also improves your footie game, maybe it's just a higher confidence, but my shooting from distance is killing goalkeepers these days :p

I must be the exception to the rule then because in the past two months ive managed to gain approximately 3 pounds of muscle while my visible belly fat has virtually disappeared. A good portion of this change could well be down to diet though as I've cut out a lot of the bad foods like bread, cereal, snacks etc and replaced them with a high protein diet. Maybe the fact that I've a pretty fast metabolism has something to do with it also?
