people(mainly @Dule90) will tell you yes, but from my experience i dot buy into it unless you are taking steroids/HGH. And seeing as you are young i doubt you will put on too much fat in your bulking phase.
As for running on your leg day i would advise against doing so after the workout, if you can swim afterwards that would be ideal as it would reduce the soreness.
Yeah. I used to be stuck at the same weight while my body has improved.

Anyway, watch out for that bulking. When the time comes to lose fat people return to their old stage. A lot of what you're getting is just fat.

Last summer I was at 69-70kg scale. But over the last couple of months I gained a lot and now I'm at ~76kg.

Question, weightlifting gloves, yes or no?

My hands are starting to become covered in calluses.
Yes and no. I find the bar slippery sometimes so it helps me get the stronger grip.

As for calluses it won't help much. Pullups and barbell rows will always destroy your hands. :p

For a schedule like Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri, which muscle groups would be best to do per day?
my week goes like this

Monday; Triceps & Chest (small bit of cardio and core work)
Tuesday; Biceps/Shoulders/Back (small bit of cardio and core work)
Wednesday; Legs (more intense cardio and core session)
Friday; Triceps & Chest (small bit of cardio and core work)
Saturday; Biceps/Shoulders/Back (small bit of cardio and core work)

If I'm not too tired (or hungover) I'll repeat Wednesday's workout on the Sunday.

Works well for me but then I guess everyone is different?

I don't use any.

Main reason is because they are rather expensive for me. But if I had to pick now one I'd only go for creatine.

That's nice, pretty hardcore (in a good way).

Some people love and get better results with higher frequency. Nowadays I do 5x5 so I go one day and then one day off, then repeat. Sometimes I take 2 days break. My gains are great so that works for me.

Hm, okay. I'll skip cardio cus I wanna put on a little size and I already play football twice a week. So would this be a sensible routine? :

Monday - Triceps/ Chest/ Back

Tuesday - Biceps/ Legs/ Shoulders

Thursday - Triceps/ Chest/ Back

Friday - Biceps/ Abs/ Shoulders

I'll reduce the cardio to just warming up once I've lost the excess fat

He perfected that sport. Did everything right, as well as having great genetics. It does sound pretty homo, lol, but I too can stare at Ahnuuld's body (in it's prime) for longer periods of time :D

He's just the fucking master of bodybuilding, end of discussion. Anyone who is interested in bodybuilding should worship Arnold in his prime, because there's no topping it imo.

Do you guys have any other favourites?
