Why do you keep asking the same questions?
I told you to have protein shakes if you are short on time. They aren't the ideal source for protein but they're a quick & convenient source, that's why i like them.
I usually have my portion of protein with a generous helping of veggies. I usually have salmon/chicken breast or sirloin steak with broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, cabbage, brussel sprouts & spinach.
