Thanks guys, but the point is after you train muscles they need protein!!!
What I am saying is if I have a normal meal after the workout, I won't ba able to sleep until after 3 hours which I can't because I have to get up so early for work!
So, that why I mentioned the Protein shakes!
Maybe you can have whey protein after work out immediately then have casien protein before bed. This will feed your muscle while you sleep.

I go for cottage cheese shake before bed.

Many athletes take some sugar after the workout, instead of protein.

You will not lose muscles if you skip on some protein. Don't get sucked up in the fitness industry lies about protein and supplements :sigh: You will only spend a lot of cash for nothing.

Dusan, I'm not keen on protein shakes... I've been told that my muscles need protein after training either that from proper meals or from shakes!
What do you suggest to have after the workout if I finish say around 10 pm?!

I have slow metabolism, B :D
What should I eat after training? protein shakes or what? :D
Why do you keep asking the same questions?:D I told you to have protein shakes if you are short on time. They aren't the ideal source for protein but they're a quick & convenient source, that's why i like them.

I usually have my portion of protein with a generous helping of veggies. I usually have salmon/chicken breast or sirloin steak with broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, cabbage, brussel sprouts & spinach.

You're lucky you're adorable & i like you.:D Get a whey protein shake that's low carb & very little to no sugar. There are various types you can buy from many different supplement specialists. What ever you do, stay away from any products from USN, absolute shit for a huge price.
