Muscle cramps or Woman Cramps because if it's the latter I'm going to need to throwup...
Stretching and propper warm-up should do it. Jack would know better than me though.

Off for a jog/swim with the dog today, hopefully I can get a full workout done without any fetch incidents.
Muscle. :D
Where do you get cramps?
In my sides, and yesterday just slightly under the rib. It always happens after about 10-15 minutes.

What are you doing anyway? Since when are you into muscle/cardio talk?

Are you trying to achieve anything?
I've always liked cardio and I used to do a little bit, but I just got a treadmill last month and now I'm working to improve my endurance. Plus, I've been having this breathing problem where it's hard to get a good breath, but when I run I feel like I can breathe better afterwards.

Rib overlap? Here it's called a stitch, It's like when you feel a sharp pain in your chest but not your heart when you inhale.

I doubt it's that though, you'd know what they are unless you'd spent your entir life on a couch.

They're still off getting made, maybe a week or so.

They aren't a scam BTW, they just aren't under a medical exclusive license, me and you could open a shop selling them tomorrow with not training.
Yeah, same thing here. What I always see when people get them is that the symptoms are less for a while (which makes sense, after all they do absorb shock), but they never go away completely.

Yeah, that's what it was. But I usually get cramps in my sides rather than that pinch under my rib.
