Question: How do you prevent cramps when running?
Muscle cramps or Woman Cramps because if it's the latter I'm going to need to throwup...
Stretching and propper warm-up should do it. Jack would know better than me though.


Off for a jog/swim with the dog today, hopefully I can get a full workout done without any fetch incidents.

Propped External Rotator: for this exercise, sit on a bench with a barbell behind you so that your upper arm is parallel to the floor. Rest your elbow on the barbell and just as for the Knee exercise above, slowly lower the dumbbell until the upper arm is parallel to the floor and focus on contracting the small muscles in the back of the shoulder to lift the weight back to vertical. Be careful not to use so heavy a load that the weight pulls your hand too far down! Exhale on the lift and complete 12-15 repetitions, 1-3 sets each on both arms.

This one actually seems to be pretty good. I just tried it with a dumbbell and my shoulder somehow feels.. more in place.

No. Steroids would give him an overall muscular look, even if he wasn't working out properly and the shape of his muscles would still be natural. You can't grow traps like that with steroids. In fact, if his traps really looked like that, I don't think they would function.
