Finally started to train, I'm gonna need around 10-15 days to get back into shape. And finally I bought whey protein, it has 36g of protein per serving, plus 5g of L-glutamine, I'm really satisfied.

I'm 185cm/85kg. About right, though I wouldn't mind a kg or two if it's muscle. After 3,4 months of gym, I'm pretty satisfied, got some muscle, definition, everything. Never used any supplements. Hopefully I'll have the will to continue so I can be a real badass mofo next summer. But not like I ain't one now. :p

only 36g mine has 96g :p
And you probably use weight gainer, not whey protein. I also bought weight gainer from EAS but I returned it, because I didn't saw how many calories it contains.

I'm 180/181 cm and 80kg's I lost weight on purpuse, but now my goal is 85kg's

I use supplements mostly because it motivates me to train and gives me boost. I don't use any hardcore supplements, I realised that protein is best for me because I have periods that I can't train (college and studying) and protein is giving me long term success in gains and lean muscle. Oh, and I really don't know why but I get really excited when I see any supplement pack, I know I'm weird man :D

I'm 181cm and only 70kg but I'm satisfied how I look, muscles are noticeable but I'd like to gain at least 6-7 more kilos to get even bigger. :D

Nope its just whey isolate 98 cals per two scoop serving which is 96g protein.

Yeah Czar, i was 100kg at one point, during my last year in school, most of my muscle mass is in my shoulders, legs and arms, like an un-toned borck lesnar if you will, trapazoids galore. :weee:

Ok Bmi 27 on the nose, im exactly 6'0'' and 199 pounds, quite happy with that.

Nutri Sport 90+

But I don't recommend it, it has adverse affects for me in the digestive region,
I'll be using this when I come back form injury
Its cheap and cheerful

Vanillas the best flavour imo

BTW calorie counting is nothing in this game, where we're propper pumpin we can require anytihng from 200-400 extra calaries than the RDA (which is 200 for a person of 70kg)

 wouldn't worry about that, almost every Whey around makes you fart like a trouper! then also if you have a high-fibre,high protein diet with lots of fruit and caffeine then you will be spending a lot of time inspecting your subjects from the throne

well i am attempting to lose weight and build muscle, i am cycling 20k to work and back (10k each way) 4 days a week abd i have a good weights routine from men's health that i do 3xdays a week and a core strengthening routine i do 2-3 days when i am not lifting weights. basically i am only now getting serious about it but having a plan up on the wall means i have a reminder every day so there is no escaping it

Have yet to get my core plan but im in the same boat as you, except for the cycling thing, i walk about 7.5km a day thats it, and then 45mins cardio 4 days a week and to be honest im not arsed doing anymore than thats, especially with college.

Mens Health is really funny, mostly the workouts are olny do able by already very fit people (one armed pull-up!) :disagree:

aye i feel the same way at times,a lot of teh routines are for guys with already super-sized arms and not your average Joe looking for tips on improving his general fitness. the cycling is great for you, though i have always been a keen cyclist and in a recent mens health it claimed that cycling 1 hour per day,4 days a week (which is roughly what i do anyway) can shred 1.5 kg a month

though obviously i want to build lean muscle first and want to strengthen my core for a more balanced look
