Guys, I've been working out since January and I've already lost 10 kg so now I have an upper body to be proud of but the problem is that my legs are to big and I want them to become thinner, especially my thighs, so tighter jeans could look better on me. Do you guys have any idea how I can train to make them thinner?

@Zebra: SInce you are from UK, have you heard for Sci-Mentor Nutritions. Here they are advertising it like the best and I'm not sure...?

Sorry mate, but still did you heard for Sci-mentor :D
No bother

I've seen it at the shop in the gym, but to be honest man, stuff like creatine and fat strippers can have adverse health effects on you.

I recommend something like a protein supplement and some amino acids tablets like these.

If you are a propper bodybuilder (im not) I suggest you go to your local gym and find the freaks and ask them

I know alot about supplements and nutrition (at least that's what I think) but what I asked you is sci-mentor good brand, cuz here they say it's best. They produce all kinds of whey protein, aminos, glutamine, everything for bodybuilders and athletes. From what I saw they are major sponsor for Rugby league in Britain I think. You know I don't have too much confidence to a guy who sell those supplements and moderate forum where you can't say thing against any supplement that he sell.

I already bought Whey excel and Mass gainer from sci-mentor to try (still not taking it), but I just want confirmation from someone are those quality supplements.
