Damn Byrone when I red you post about what to eat, first I though I need to eat all of that for one meal :D

Also Byrone can you recommend what supplements to take?

Well what do you want to achieve first of all? I only took whey protein shakes for muscle growth but for someone looking to maintain a certain physique.

I also used something called wasp which is damn potent,its a fat burner that works a 100 times better than most.

I saw two guys in the gym who must have been on steroids. They were huge, but I honestly don't believe you can achieve that kind of growth simply by exercising. They didn't even look human anymore, they could barely move their arms and legs because they were too muscular.

Anyway, I did some research on the web and turns out it is very easy to get your hands on steroids in Belgium. There are several websites that explain in detail what you have to do.

Am I the only one who finds this quite shocking? Steroid absuse seems to become ordinary. I got to say, it is illegal for good reason and it's a disgrace that no one seems to be willing to do something about it.

EDIT: there was a very amusing fact too. They were kind of laughing with this scrawny fellow and they said they could beat him up so easily. He said they didn't stand a chance. So just to show him, one of the cows tried to grab him. But he was so slow and so uncoordinated (because like I said he couldn't move properly) that he simply missed the little man and fell over.

I would like to gaind few kg's but not too many, mostly couse I don't want to be like guys Seven mentioned, also like I've said before there are too many products and many are great but also expensive and I have limited resources (I don't work), I want to speed up building process a little bit, but also I don't want product that is good only as long as you taking it. That's why so far I was drinking only protein shakes and I gained some weight/muscles, and after making a break for a month or so I still don't think that I lost a pound or so.

It's not only in Belgium it's everywhere. I had similar expirience whan I saw an ad on Bosinan most popular web, the guy was selling everything and many of those things are forbbiden and illegal. But the saddest part is how people are consuming it, they don't even consult their doctor, they read one-two articles on internet about steroids and they think they know everything.

National Geographic channel great show great episode about steroids and their good and bad effects. They say that is still no clear are they really that bad, but also they showed how many pro bodybuilders died at early age from heart disease. They also showed that a guy who is taking steroids and drink, smoke, doesn't eat properly or to say it simple do everything that sportsman shouldn't will have better results than one who is trully commited and that's why everyone is turning to steroids. Plus I think that many are seeking quickest/easiest way to succeed and steroids are one of those.

Well my mates that are seriously into gym eat loads of boilt chicken,turkey & fish with omega 3&6 fatty acids.That builds up quit a bit of bulk.They did mention some product but i forgot the name.Ill ask them when i go to gym later this evening.

even if you do lot's of weight lifting etc as long as you do lots of cardio you should never get to a abnormal huge state
Yup those guys that are huge are damn unfit.They could never sprint.

I spoke to them yesterday & they use some locally made product called Builgrow.They were quite secretive about it though & by the sound of it,i think its illegal.:D

There are a few other guys i havent seen at the gym lately so ill defintely ask them when they are around.

Whats this Wasp stuff like Byrone, is it a pro supplement or would you recomend it for a intermediate person?
Its damn hectic! Its a fat burner from hell tbh & its not legal in SA.:D It increases your metabolism but creates massive blood flow,so its not good for ppl that have heart issues.If you are looking to lose weight fast then wasp is your answer but the last thing you should do is no excersise while taking it.

Thanks mate, I decided take combination of Whey Protein, Amino, Gluatmin and Creatin, plus good diet and work-out program. However I don't have enough money now to buy it, so it will wait and till then I will just train and eat enough.

Well I don't completely agree. To say that is to say that cardio workout hinders muscle growth and I don't see how that's exactly true. Competitive body builders do forms of cardiovascular training.

I know, I'm starting to train on monday, and my goal is to gain muscle and loose some fat I gained on my stomach, especially lower abs. I can't rid of that for ages. I think that I'm gonna need to do more running and swimming.

How do you guys train, 3-4 sets and about 10 reps or more sets and less reps.

That is the optimum method of training for muscle growth. Failure on your 9th and 10th rep. Usually 3 sets. 70 seconds of rest between sets.

Ahoy!...

Well some months ago i posted i entered the gym and was doing boxing!. Well i have come to report the progress so far.

After 2 months in boxing, i was able to get from 215 pounds, to 200. Yes i tend to go out on weekends a lot and i eat a lot too. My height is 1.80. I need to clarify that i lost those 15 lbs in the 3 first week and then i didnt lose anymore till the 2 months. I acompained the box with some cardio and rope jumping.

After the 2 months, a friend of mine which did weights in the past joined me in the gym so i decided to change box from weights to receive his help since my sis told me i was getting a little skinny and needed some muscles.

The wights change was arounf 4 months ago. My friend didnt like to do cardio (he never needed that because he is the kind of guy who has the ideal body for muscle building, i mean the kind of people who are well distributed and has an accelerated metabolism)..... but i forced him to accompany me on my cardio runs since i tend to gain weight and also i lose weight very fast when doing exercise.

IN this 3 months or so, i have worked extensively with weights and the changes are notorious. One thing have caught my attention tho... Im now in the 194 pounds, but since im doing abs and i do a lot of running.... my body seems much fitter than when i ended the 2 months of boxing. My arms and shoulders have been tonified and myc hest has grown also.... at the same time since i have been doing some abs exercises , i have been able to burn some stomach fat which always bugegd me... so in general i have seen the changes....

At the beggining, my friend , even when he looked mucvh more fitter than me, really sucked ass in running because he was getting tired very fast. But now, with 3 months of constant running, we are able to do some fast paced laps before and after weights.

I feel in good condition, i think the best of my life. But i have noticed that even when i look fitter and stronger... im not able to lose more weight, even when im running much more than when i was in box.
My friend tells me that it it because i have gained muscular mass and that will make u weight more, but im not sure about that. I think it must be because i really have lost a lot of fat.

My first goal is to get to 190 pounds and then i wanna stay at 185.


like 3 years ago i was able to get from 205 pounds to 178 in a lapse of 3 months, but by that time i did crazy cardioa nd i changed my daily eating habits to the extreme..... and i dont want to do it again... so ill go with normal cardio and weights this time.

For the ones that wonder about my diet... well now im not doing any. I just try to not eat too much junk food and food in general, but i drink a lot of water. I also take my beers and junks on weekend from time to time.


The idea was to be fit by december... and well i think im getting there. I still have 3 motnhs to continue improving. I usually go to the gym 4 or 5 days a week,.
