vin, please tell me you don't do that!
yes, thats one of the workouts I do, and I've never been bigger or stronger

and this all takes less than 30 minutes a day in the gym (the only negative is the nausea....but that goes away soon afterwards !!:xmas: )

What do you think about Arnel and his working out program?

I did them last year, and it wasnt too bad...but crossfit is much, much better :pint:

I'm just too lazy to start running for Arnel's workingout program.

Why do you think crossfit is better?

Arnel's working is better for definition I guess.
no way Arnel's workouts are better for definition...

let me say it again- I am bigger, stronger, and more cut than I've ever been using Crossfit

Crossfits workouts combine all facets of strength training, core, plyometrics, powerlifting and gymnastics to build a fit body that is also visually appealing

The workouts are all done in less than 30 minutes, and its the best workouts you'll ever do, even for such a short period of time

This is why police department SWAT teams, Army Special Forces, and athletes are using crossfit as their training regiment

I'm hoping to start up again sometime this week. But I'm crazy sick at the moment. Shakes, headache and everything. I feel like Michael J. Fox. Hopefully it's only a 48 hour thing.

I havent worked or worked out in over a week

the doc told me that I have a virus, and it just has to take its course (even though he prescribed antibiotics anyways)

Do you find you shrink after not working out for so long? My muscles shrink really easily. (Just looking for someone to make a penis joke aren't I)

If I go 10 days without working out I shrink visibly. It sucks. Thankfully i work out every day but I can't figure it out.

I never did leg exercises because I do alot of running/sport's every week and I did not want to be slowed down with tired legs.

However, over the past 2 months I seem to have plateaued for the majority of my upper body exercises. I did some googling, and apparently strengthening my legs will help, on top of mixing up my training every other month which I'm already doing.

My question is, how many times a week should I be working my legs? I'm looking to make them lean, not massive juicer legs, to increase my metabolism even more and hopefully break my upper body plateau.
