yo guys, havn't been here for a while, just a quick thing for you wahdan

SQAUT and DEADLIFT, these two compund movements are vital if you want to grow muscle, so many people in the gym neglect these two exercises and hence don't get the gains they should

Yo Byrone, that WASP stuff sound crazy man. Like super potent! I would definitely look into it. The problem is it sounds like its super bad for your heart, almost like drinking 10 red bulls a day your heart will be racing. There in lies the dilemma with cutting aids, a lot of them have bad long term side effects. This WASP stuff almost sounds like the anabol of cutting: to take or not to take? But with great risk comes great reward.
I went to my doctor yesterday & he checked on it.He siad it was okay provided that i take a certain dosage per day if i were to inject but he said the pill format is much safer. The most improtant thing is that it cuts the fat fast & doesnt attck the lean muscle much like the other fat burners.

Byrone, I would stay away from that WASP thing man. Sounds deadly. Plus that it must be banned for a darn good reason.

Anthony, Is that hydroxycut epjedra free? Cuz I heard that Hydroxycut might cause some heart issues too.

For me I am far from any fat burnner. I am a ectomorph my self trying to put on some size :D
I spoke to my doc about it,so he gave me the green light. He said that my blood circulation will increase drastically, hopefully i wont have 24/7 hardon.:D Also i spoke to a few of my mates that are gym freaks & they really recommend it but they said that if you take incorrect dosage you become irritable & extremely aggro.

Hahaha Byrone. I can imagine what a WASP overdose would do to you man. But if its just a matter of blood circulation, then a Viagra pill would do :D

I just came back from the gym, had Back/Tri day. It has been sometime since I felt my Back being ripped. Thanks to Barbell Rows.

Do you guys have Animal Pak?

Woah!! how much do you bench press now?
Well i've had a month of but before i left it I was doing 125 kilos, in a 4 x 6 set, but i've been doing weights for 8 years (although i had a break gap of 2 and a half years), when I was at the most extreme i was lifting more.. I've nearly really been that big of a lifter though, in fact quite the opposite really.. I couldn't care less how much anybody lifts, what matters to be honest is how great you look without a shirt on

Forza chicken legs! I tend not to concentrate on legs, in fact I haven't done legs for years but when I was really into weights i obviously did, and ofcourse you'll get laughed at if you try to do comps with chicken legs..

Well I won't argue with the guy. If its works that well and is good for you I see no problem with it.

FORZA CHICKEN LEGS INDEED! I didn't do my legs till an old lady at my gym asked if I ever worked mine . Since then I've done leg exercises once a week but not very extensive. Sometimes i'll only do squats, they're the only leg exercise I like. But a good legs workout will go for a good hour or so covering calves, hammies and quads.

You know about three years back i was seriously ripped & i would have a veggie drink everyday. It would consist of:

3 carrots.
5 celery sticks.
1 cucumber.
1 beetroot.
1 tomato.

After doing this for about a month i saw serious results with my stomach,it burnt away the belly fat quite fast.

One thing i just dont seem to get right are my calf muscles, any suggestions Ant?
Well to be honest I'm not genius on leg exercises. But I know of two options.

1. Calf raising machine. Because its a smaller muscle do up to 30 reps and you should be killing by then. I personally do 20.

2. If you don't have a machine at your disposal, find a step and get two dumbells to do your calf raisers. Again keep your reps under 30.

Also, jogging is really good for your calves. I sometimes do a 10k run and my calves absolutely kill for a day and that will help give them some good tone. But really if you want them to beef up then do your calf raisers.

Il Re might know some more exercises.

Yeah man. Great idea. Full of fibre which fills you up and no calories at all and it doesn't taste half bad, depending on what you put in it. That's why I love fibre and water, it fills you up and you don't need to worry cause there's no calories in fibre.
