No sore muscles today and the stiffness is minimal, I love fast recoveries with which I will complete with a Crossfit session today.

I'm not sure if my chest is benefiting from bench presses since my shoulders get tired instead. Does that mean that my form or technique is wrong?

EDIT: Never mind, I found out what I was doing wrong.

What is it? Because I feel it in my arms mostly, at least initially.

I can't go to the gym until at least Thursday because of finals :cry:

So I'm now around 40 days after I started working out a bit. I can't say I got much bigger, but I can see a sliiiiight change in definition. :D The important thing for me is that I'm enjoying it a lot and I don't have to force myself to go to the gym.

I'll start posting a new picture here every 2 months to show progress. :klin: So be gentle...

Zoom out because I can barely fit in your screens... :p

How's your diet, Matt?
Haven't made any real changes, just trying to get more protein in where I can: tuna, yogurt, nuts. Also took the advice to "eat more" quite freely and put on about 4 lbs, lol. Not sure if it's muscle but my waist size is the same. Really need to cut down on the junk though.

What's yours like?

I practically eat no junk food or any sort of fried food for that matter.

7:00 - 1 scoop of protein shake with milk

10:00 - light yogurt and an apple

13:00 - Chicken/Tuna (150g) with rice

16:00 - Banana before I leave work and head to the gym

18:00 - 2 scoops of protein shake with milk

20:00 - 350/400g meat or chicken, some boiled potatoes and salad

I didn't gain much weight, but I noticed I lost a lot of fat from below the abs area.
