Higuain is trying to milk us because we have no one else to sell him too. Gluttonous with money and food it seems.

He just really doesnt want to go to Milan. Cant blame him at all for not wanting to leave one of the best projects in Europe. And atleast wanting a fat pay increase if he has to move. Good on him

So he wants a pay rise but he's fine with his salary if he stays?
I don't think he necessarily wants a pay rise. I think the way he sees it, he's being forced to leave for a more uncomfortable environment with less chance of winning big titles. Therefore, if he goes, he wants extra financial compensation to make up for it

And it'll probbaly work because he knows we are in a bad spot. would not be surprised if we give him a 5-10 mil 1 off "Thank you" payment to leave

Higuain is convinced with Milan’s offer, it would be a 5-year contract. Now Juventus must agree with Gonzalo on a figure to let him go. (Sky)

Lmao, they will give him a five year contract?
With lower wages i suppose. Its the only way they compensate his 9M wage demands

He might as well lower wage demands if so. Also sounds like a permanent deal, not loan?

Anyway, the loan fee is huge, so there is a good chance mialn would still buy him out if scored at least 20 goals
Milan will buy him outright regardless of how he performs next season. This is what Leonardo has been trying to tell him in order to convince him to join them according to reports.

milan is owned by a hedge fund, that can sell the club basically anytime. i wouldn't mind leonardo's words, unless it's written and i'd had a signed contract. and that's what i think of any gentleman's agreement with milan, too. milan's future is hanging in the balance, they are not in a position when they can make promises and be sure to keep it.
