Higuain has residual value of 54.
Anything below that will make a loss for us.
60m is a little bit too low specially if Morata would cost as much.
So I said I'd sacrifice Higuain only for a very good offer. Which I value at 70m.
Making a +16m plus and freeing 32m/year of cashflow for Higuain
