Higuain has been important, but not near one of our best players this season and he is very unlikely to be in the next, based on his latest development. Are you guys seriously not watching the games closely? Nowadays he is slipping around like a fatty on inliners, having a horrible first touch and losing a ton of balls, having no speed. Did he get out of shape by the end of the season and is his form likely to improve here in his start of the 30's? People speak about Morata being 'wasteful' as if that is a particular shortcoming of a striker. Thats a bit too simple. Our situation in attack (for all those not watching) is that we dont really create a lot of actual chances with our style of play/players. We are not generating a lot of tap-in chances where we need a 'super clinical Higuain'.
