I half with agree Cheesio, Higuain isn't a great crosser or passer or dribbler however he is an extremely good finisher.

Because, people (rightly) believe that we should focus on a class SS(or RW) as we already have a really good prima punta in Llorente.
Fuck that though, if we can sign Pipita we better fucking do it. Quality striker with a great goal scoring record. We might not be able to fit Llorente and Higuain in the starting lineup, but it would be fantastic to have two high quality strikers in the squad.

What constitues a "great" passer or crosser? Higuain is more than capable in both those aspects, he's much better than Pepe - who is our main wide man for the trident. Higuain takes on defenders just fine, usually gets around them.
He's also awesome in setting up his team mates with one touch passing, which would be sublime when combined with the forward runs Cheesio and Vidal make all the time.

If Higuain is available, then we simply need to tell Llorente that he's going to be a bench option. If we do have the funds to sign him and if he does want to come we should do it, no two ways about that.

Higuain is the most clinical striker in the game when played right, and is pretty good at moving past 1 defender, and lining up a shot or pass.

how many teams in the past had two physically simular players, but one beeing a slower targetman, and the other beeing a very fast striker ?

Watch the matches and you'll understand why he scored so much. ANY Striker will be a goal scorer when they play in a team like Madrid. Even Giovinco would eventually get to the 2 digits number of goals a season. Their adversaries are weak and the chances they create are infinite.

I don't think he is on Milito's level yet, few strikers have been as clutch as he was 3 years back.

I was naming the ones i've seen playing, hence why Di Stefano wasn't mentioned. To me he's not that good. In any other generation he would be a average striker at best. But this is football today, overpricing and overrating anyone and everyone is part of the beautiful game.
