Nothing yet, but the daily mirror and mail, yes I know :D, are convinced the deal is done for 26m euros. 7.2m salary.
Strange thing is that it was said that we had to wait until a new coach was assigned to see his pans with Higuain, but this wouldn't be the case for Arsenal then.
I don't believe anything that has been said regarding this transfer, time will tell what was true and what wasn't.

There's probably a lot of back door shady going on with this one. Wouldn't surprise me if the they told one thing to Marotta and his payment plan while counting Arsenal's stacks in the shadows.

This could go either way, couldn't it? It could also be Juve playing it cool after having made an official bid. Because if you go by what Marrotta said, it seemed the lunch went very differently with what Perez said with regard to the situation and valuing the player at 30m.
