Meh, not sure about the best. He's a solid defender for sure and seems to do well in a back three, but I'm cool with selling him if we move to a back four (which I hope we do) and use some of the cash to buy Calafiori. People need to keep in mind Bremer has basically 4 other defenders with him at all times with a midfield stacked in front of him as we sit deep. In a more advanced system he won't do as well, which you can see by some of the mistakes he's made this year when we got caught out.

I think we would still need an enforcer type player. Idk who would replace Bremer if he were to leave. Defence is concerning next season. Danilo is horrible this year and he doesn't give me the warm and fuzzies in general. Gatti is a meme player. Rugani is a squad player that shouldnt play more than 15 games in the season. No one is clear on what the future hold for Huijsen here at the club...
