Yes indeed, that's why we don't have to shy away from any criticism.
Marotta's super talent at finding free Pirlos, Pogbas and Cans, really makes up for it!
His inability to find finishers and wingbacks is mostly due to our incompetent scouts.Even so, lately he has find a cute to that, he either waits an Evra or DSilva to run out of contract with a couple of seasons yet left, or he lets Napolis and Lazios to find and sign those finishers+wingbacks and after they find them, he either pays the clause like he did with Higuain or what they can't pay, like he will do with Cancelo.
The releasing has marginal profits, but could be used ease at least other transfers, but i see what he does there, when we release a player, we help him to get to a club of his choice and with the maximum salary he would get, that helps our prestige and earns the respect of players and managers, who know that we will not trap them for money.
But on the youngster department, he still needs some improvement, Giovinco days seem to be behind us and loaning our players with a right to buy for ridiculous amount, without buying back clause is just stupid, completely our fault and other teams does it.
Just do what Real did to us with Morata
