Time proved me right unless you consider what happened to our squad recently is not a major downgrade :boh:
It really hasn't. Our results have been fairly consistent over this four year period. Again you are only speculating if you think we would have done better without selling some and buying some. Nothing objective about that.

Yeah. We wouldn't have been better if we kept our best players and added quality on top of it. What a weird assumption.

Btw. Pretty sure Sycophants relates to guys like Hustini, people who will defend Beppe no matter what he does, cause the great man can't be wrong and everything he does is perfect, and if yo dare to disagree - you are a hater. There is no middle ground with those people.

It’s ok to like beppe. Some members are still blinded by their hatred of Costa.

We wouldn't have signed all those quality players without selling though + some of those forced to stay might have been unmotivated and underperformed. Of course if we had this team + a motivated Pogba, Vidal and Bonucci we would quite clearly be better.

Ok got it  Not really into absolutes myself either. Everyone makes mistakes Beppe included. Seems weird to claim otherwise.

I'm quite sure Il Bruttosaurus is closer to being a sycophant than you think.
Only when it comes to you :D You can do no wrong in my mind.

I think this is where that pro Marotta people differ. Some people (myself included) dont think we have the funds to keep a guy like Pogba and also purchase players like Higuain and Pjanic. If its all about making good purchases that improve the squad in the long term. I think we are doing that but others might disagree
