Man, this season has been also amazing for Marotta.

Pereyra - overpayed for hidden potential... now he's probably already worth those 17M, and ceilling is good. Is becoming vital in this team.

Morata - overpayed for potential... and here we have the most promising young CF in the world IMO. Has already become vital.

Coman - for free, talent is there, great business.

Sturaro - no one knew the guy. He wasn't an easy guy to spot on. And here we have, possibly a great DM surging. Very good role player.

All the guys he signed are developing and showing their worth, being instrumental to the club, also because of so many injuries. Hell, even Padoin is showing he's actually an useful backup for the fullbacks and DMs. You can already say the 5M were well spent.

Allegri - everybody got sick to know he was chosen. And here we have the guy showing to be more tactical astute than Conte and bringing in great results.

All hail to Marotta and Paratici, outstanding job.
The Life of Beppe, reminds me of the struggles of Jesus Christ. In the beginning he was considered a pariah, one who would not conform and as a result was 'crucified' for his actions. It was only later following multiple miracles that his work was truly appreciated by the wider world, just like Jesus.

Only difference being that Jesus is a fictional character and Beppe is a real-life god walking among us.

Beppe made quite a few mistakes early on (For example, 22 new faces the first couple of summer windows), but it wasn't an easy task he was given, and obviously the Juventus environment, the Juventus standard, was not something he had experienced before. There's a learning curve, and it's not an easy standard to maintain (especially given the economic climate in Italy).

I criticized this guy relentlessly for the first 2 years he was here (maybe 2.5 :D ), but Marotta and Paratici have done an outstanding job. This club has been dominant in Italy for a few years, and is set up to be successful in the short and long term. We have the makings of a European powerhouse again, and those guys deserve a ton of credit for that.

Contract extensions for the likes of Giuseppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici will be confirmed by Juventus next week.

Reports suggest that the Bianconeri have agreed deals to tie down a number of important figures on the sporting side of the club, starting with general manager Marotta and sporting director Paratici.

On Tuesday night the club will face Monaco in the Champions League Quarter final, and Calciomercato, as well as Tuttosport and Gazzetta believe that the deals will be confirmed on the Wednesday, between the two ties with the Ligue 1 side.

Not losing the partnership which has helped them to three Scudetti in a row is seen as crucial to the Turin club, with Tottenham Hotspur, Milan and Paris Saint-Germain monitoring Paratici’s situation.

Initially criticised, the pair have been widely praised by the Juventus support, and the wider Italian football society in recent years for their shrewd operation, bringing the likes of Andrea Pirlo and Paul Pogba to Turin on the cheap.

Other members of the sporting hierarchy are also set for new deals, with Stefano Bragin and Federico Cherubini, directors of the youth teams to be given extensions, as well as the likes of Gianluca Pessotto.

Securing the off-field staff on new contracts is viewed as an important step to maintaining stability at Juventus Stadium, with the players and coaching staff still fighting on three fronts.

I think a massive victory that can be credited to marrotta is rather intangible. He redefined the club image to become a breeding ground for young players. Most of Europe's elite clubs have foregone youth for guaranteed quality while Juventus have given huge opportunities for players line pogba and morata to develop where they previously they had not been given the chance.

Instead of being known as a place where careers end, we have become known as a team where careers start and that could be a huge compensator for when we compete with Madrid, Chelsea, United to sign the best young talents in the game.

Juve, in his tenure, have had 1 bad year out of 5, and coincidentally it was his first year, when he had to re-shape the club, knowing full well there would be growing pains.

Look at this team now, and you would be hard pressed to find 10 teams in Europe that have a better combination of talent on the first team, young talent in the pipeline, and financial stability.

In all honesty, this was a monumental challenge that he took on. A challenge that not many directors would have accepted, especially given his additional responsibility of CEO. To take over at the most storied club in the Peninsula, and one of the more celebrated teams in Europe, under those conditions. That takes balls.

Marotta and Paratici make quite a team.
