Beppe made quite a few mistakes early on (For example, 22 new faces the first couple of summer windows), but it wasn't an easy task he was given, and obviously the Juventus environment, the Juventus standard, was not something he had experienced before. I criticized this guy relentlessly for the first 2 years he was here (maybe 2.5
), but Marotta and Paratici have done an outstanding job. This club has been dominant in Italy for a few years, and is set up to be successful in the short and long term. We have the makings of a European powerhouse again, and those guys deserve a ton of credit for that.

I think a massive victory that can be credited to marrotta is rather intangible. He redefined the club image to become a breeding ground for young players. Most of Europe's elite clubs have foregone youth for guaranteed quality while Juventus have given huge opportunities for players line pogba and morata to develop where they previously they had not been given the chance.
Instead of being known as a place where careers end, we have become known as a team where careers start and that could be a huge compensator for when we compete with Madrid, Chelsea, United to sign the best young talents in the game.

Juve, in his tenure, have had 1 bad year out of 5, and coincidentally it was his first year, when he had to re-shape the club, knowing full well there would be growing pains.
Look at this team now, and you would be hard pressed to find 10 teams in Europe that have a better combination of talent on the first team, young talent in the pipeline, and financial stability.
