Continuity is important for our club right now.

Improvement is also needed and while he has done a good job we can do better; continuity was more needed in the past years than this one imo. Also, it's not like we're considering changing all of the board (now that would be disastrous), simply one position of it. As I said many times, if we can't find better then fine, no problem at all, but if we find someone (not necessarily in Italy) that is more competent, why oppose to it?

Them being able to speak Italian is not only very important for this role, I'd say it is an absolute necessity.
