ItalJuve project is on-going since the 1930's and probably before then. It will never be scrapped. Juve is an Italian institution and a symbol of Italy. Italians will always play here. At the moment there just isn't all that many Italians that Juve need to sign. Besides, Giovinco and Verratti are coming...lol! Maybe Inter is your team bro...not too many Italians over there.
Its not on the expense of performance, as it is today though.
I dont mind Italians, as long as they good.
I dont mind Italian majority, or Italian core, but for some certain places were for one reason or the other we could not find a Juve material Italian player, we did not hesitate to buy a foreigner.
We knew how to keep the balance and we always have had our Platinis, ZZs, and Trezeques.
We had our workers like Di Livio and Conte as well, but they were Borriello and Giaccherini level, let alone Molinaro.
We rarely felt the need to buy and use so many Grossos, Mottas and Tonis, just because they are Italian.
We always kept a balance and always remained competitive, never sacrificed that for nationalism.
And besides that, in some certain areas, like is the defence today, Italy was never so poor on talents.
So if its one moment we should look abroad for defenders, it is now.
This new board is clueless, they know not how to keep the balance.
They exagerated with mediocre Italians, for all the wrong reasons.
I wouldnt mind Rossi, De Rossi and Santon, but i do mind Borriello, Giaccherini and Bonucci being our starters only because they are Italians.
I respect and love Juventus above everything else, we should not sacrifice her chances to compete for ultranationalistic purposes.
We were never like that!
