I think the only way to save his own job will be to get rid of Del Neri. And that might happen, but Del Neri isn't the root of the problem. The guy who appointed him, is. And unless Marrotta gets us a Capello, Ancellotti, AvB, DD, Wenger, he's not going to drastically improve our standing in Serie a. The same goes with the squad targets he's identified. Predominantly Italian, washed up and tattooed with the words 'world champions'.
