January transfer market is make or break for me. We need serious additions or he's got to go
Every transfer market is make or break with this guy. Innit? He is a provincial director with a provincial mindset. He operates on opportunity. And this is Marrotta when he doesn't have Conte on his ass every transfer window. Allegri is a yes man and that works beautifully for Marrotta who will never have to function out of his comfort zone in the mercato. You can fault Allegri all you want, but the confusion you see on the pitch also reflects the confusion of the clubs management. Absolutely disgusting that we couldn't use the springboard of a CL final to move to the next level. Good luck with retaining Morata and Pogba next year. They will ask to leave and Marrotta will bend over in his Sampdoria Jersey.

I do not think he has anything to do with that. I will say this bring in a deschamps and see the difference

hate to admit it but yeah. It's hard to believe how well we were just a few months ago. I still think we have a good tem though, perhaps we need a strong leader, to sort this out.

You could have Mourinho here for all I care but when you change so much in a team over one summer there is bound to be confusion all over the pitch. If you're telling me that Allegri has reduced this team from being a CL finalist to this over one summer with all he plaeyrs we lost, then you're being squint like Beppe.

Our team is woefully unbalanced.

We have lost some major leaders in the squad and replaced them with young guys who aren't ready.

He has dismantled a Champions League finalist team.

People seem to think it is only one of Allegri or Marotta who can be at fault. Both have been abysmal.

We also needed a leader on the pitch after losing Vidal Pirlo and Tevez. That is on Marrotta. Not Allegri. This team severely lacks an experienced leader in the final third and we shockingly couldn't close. And to top it off, Marrotta comes out and admits we didn't think Hernanes was a 'phenomenon' yet we are here and signed him for 11m after the way the summer went.

Beppe isn't without fault but allegri has a big chunk of it as well. How can consistency grow when the players on pitch are never the same? Add to that the injuries his crap staff has somehow created just like at Milan

The Cuadrado signing was so fuckin' strange to me. He doesn't fit, he's the only winger and he can't play anywhere else but on the flanks.
