I don't understand why the Marotta discussion always end up in a hate/love-argument.

Why not give credit where credit's due? (Conte, Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba, Serie A (conte-era) etc.)

And criticise when it's appropriate? (Delneri, Ferrara, ageing squad, lack of European success, Serie A? (pre-conte era), shitty signing, the last two transfer windows)

Instead the discussion ends up in soem of the least intelligent conversations on 'Tuz (which says a lot) and it's both sides that represent a certain degree of retardation.

I personally think Marotta has done a decent-good job (overall), but I'm also [very] critical of our ageing squad, lack of new starters (the last two windows have been terrible) and the general progress in Europe. And I know it's hard due to the current state of italian football but it's not impossible nor is Juventus in the worst situation in European football.
