you don't even know 6000 players. But I'll play along:

I demand a list of these 6000 players. No repeats allowed.

That won't work. I demand a numerical list based on players ranked from the 6000 up to the number one rated player.

I'm afraid your demands will not be fulfilled because you are boring.

Let's get back to discussing Giuly. This guy is class, let's sign him before thinking of any other player.

ah so you can't back up your biased claims now can you? well then I guess that just makes you bat f**k insane!!!!!! :D

and Guily is not better than our current wingers. I wish Marquez was more consistent. He would have been a great defender to look into imo.

Why we wont sign Giuly?

Yes he is French and he is cheaper than ever now, since he is out-favored and Barca is probably willing to sell him,

BUT:
-I consider a winger is not a priority now
(unless we sell Camo to Inter, maybe even Marchionni too and/or Neddy retires)
-DD is not willing to use another central creative midfielder,
we are searching for DMs like EMO and Sissoko
-although less exp, Giuly would be still pricey, because there is a lot of interest from many teams.
He may not the best creative midfielder Barca has, but Barca has the best material in the world in that position,
Giuly would shine in any other team...
-We are building a new team backbone,
we either buy exp super-talented young players
or cheap and experienced veterans
-Giuly hasnt got many years of football left, he will likely win a few titles in Barca's bench, if he chooses to sacrifice it for first team football, we would he choose a banished from Europe for a couple of years team? We either gonna be competitive for any Italian title either...
I dont think we can motivate him enough now.

Sounds familiar Lion. I think you need to get new material. I wonder if you are this big of a badass in person?

Stick to the debate and bag the personal attacks. You are starting to produce a trend.

Back to the debate...

I am not a fan of the Giuly move. I would like to see a central player instead. Perhaps a CB, DMF, or CF. In a different thread it was discussed that Ljunberg would be available as a free transfer next year. Although I am not particularily a big fan of his, I do beleive that if we absolutely had to buy a SMF, purchasing Ljunberg would be the better bet.

Giuly is very good and very pacey, but I just don't see the need for him at Juve in 2007.

Just a though on players. Perhaps this is a bit out of left field, but what about Tevez. I am sure that he will want off of West Ham. Perhaps he would be available.
