Reports in France insist Gianluigi Buffon will sign for Paris Saint-Germain today, but the presentation will be on Monday as Les Bleus are playing today.

It was reported in Italy that Gigi would take his medical on Monday morning, before being presented at the Parc des Princes.

According to L’Équipe though, the former Juventus goalkeeper will actually take his medical today and sign his contract, which will be one year with an option for a second.

The official announcement at the presentation will take place on Monday though, as France take on Uruguay today in the World Cup quarter-final.

PSG don’t want to be seen to be attempting to distract from Les Bleus, and also want the French media focused on Gigi for his presentation
