Trty watching Luck the new series on HBO with Dustin Hoffman and Nick Nolte. It's really good.

I just couldn't get into it. Yes, I don't know the nuances of the horse racing set. But for a set-up episode, I found nothing to look forward to in this show even if it outwardly has all the checkboxes marked for something that is supposed to be great.

Perhaps The Sopranos? That and The Wire are the other really good ones I could recommend. I hear a lot of good things about both Boardwalk Empire & Mad Men but haven't seen any of either yet, going to finish Six Feet Under.

In case you care, the decision was taken yesterday and now I have four seasons of The Wire, I don't know why I didn't get the fifth and I don't know why I didn't try a couple of episodes before getting the whole thing.

Just finished watching Game of Thrones on demand.... Holy shit, that was epic... Can't wait for season two.

And just rewatched all of the only season of Firefly on netflix. Fuck that was a great show. A shame they killed it so quick.

Aye, shame indeed. They put that out on Blu-ray before (last year I think) I only watched it on DVD a couple of times though. Favorite Sci-Fi for sure.

It is so fucking funny... that episode where Mal got married and didn't know... I was LOLing constantly.

It was episode six. They are all good but that one was probably my favorite. Plus the chick was Christina Hendricks and she is fine as fuck.
