there is mention of 11 planets, there is explanation of how we are not the only planet, and how the sun and moon operate. thats the brief version.
Pretty clued up with astronomy, those Arabs were...it makes me wonder how much of this was in the original Qu'ran. If it was, then I wonder just how learned people were at the time of the original.

It seems pretty vague, but at least with some understanding of the inner galaxy. Taking a look up at the sky on a clear night suggests there are bodies outside of our planet, especially if you can see the Milky Way.
