how much all this cost you and is it more or less than what you normally pay
I think that everything you see there should be around €35, I dont remember exactly. If you buy it at the supermarket its a lot more expensive

For example you'll often find things such as 6 mango's for €2/3 on the market while you'll pay €3 for two mango's at the supermarket

Cucumbers where like 3 for €1, while theyre €1 per piece at the normal store.

I wish that I had time to go every week, besides that you save money the experience is nice too. How is that overseas?

yes can be similar here as well, but depends on luck too. sometimes supermarkets will price things super low that it's not worth buying from farmer market unless you really want to support local business.

here some of our supermarkets have a freshness guarantee too so if something is rotten or bad you can return it for a refund no questions asked within a week for example.

Since a few months I regularly make a pesto of pistachio. I really like it, would advise everyone to try it.

I think I will try a pesto with ricotta and walnuts next week, never made it before, but ate it at family in Italy about two weeks ago and I really liked it, never tasted it before.

I make it with ricotta and cashews all the time. I prefer it to basil.

I'm going to make Dolmeh for myself tomorrow. I ate this dish about 20 years before that was very delicious but have never cooked Dolmeh before. I might screw it up but worth trying.

I’m lucky that I can always find them at the store here but they’re not as good.

I remember my grandma used to make them and I’d help her pick out the grape leaves. Great dish, 10/10

I have a picanha that I will sous vide for four hours tomorrow and then will sear on charcoal for a couple of minutes. I really need inspiration for some sides, who can pitch in?

I am think chimichurri but that alone is far from enough.

@Bjerknes should help with something, I am sure.

Chimichurri sounds great for that, will be nice with the charcoal. You could also do a Detroit zip sauce, which is a simple steak sauce.

As for sides, doing some rosemary frites with a side of mayo or dipping into the chimi sauce sounds good. Kale cesar with anchovy and lime?
